CME-Delay Messages n Stuff

  • -Delayed server reload and restart
  • -Configurable time broadcast (ex. you set 5 sec in the config and then it's writes something like this: [<font color=red>CME</font>]10 -> [<font color=red>CME</font>]5 -> [<font color=red>CME</font>]Your Text!)
