IN NO EVENT, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING, SHALL MAILMINDLIN, OR ANY PERSON BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, EXPENSE OR DAMAGE, OF ANY TYPE OR NATURE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE GENERATED CONTENT (see below), SOFTWARE OR PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS, SUITS OR CAUSES OF ACTION INVOLVING ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHTS, PATENTS, TRADEMARKS, TRADE SECRETS, OR UNFAIR COMPETITION. By using any content generated by mailmindlin, you agree to this agreement. This agreement is valid to the maximum extent of the law. Any legal disputes shall be settled under US law.

Definitions

• 'You' is the person or persons agreeing to this contract
• 'Your' is any property belonging to you.
• 'Me' is mailmindlin, Mindlin Computing, usable interchangably
• mailmindlin is the owner of the bukkit dev user account 'mailmindlin' on January 1 2014
• 'the disclaimer' or 'disclaimer' is this document. Unless specified, disclaimer or 'the disclaimer' refers to the entire document.
• 'generated content', 'content', 'content generated', or any other similar phrase refers to any textual data written by mailmindlin on the website 'dev.bukkit.org' Files uploaded to 'dev.bukkit.org' also apply. Any modifications to pages not owned by mailmindlin may not apply.

Applicibility

• Any person or persons using any content generated by me, agree to the disclaimer.
• If you reside in a country or any other location that is embargoed by the United States, you are not allowed to use any content generated by mailmindlin.
• The disclaimer is applicable to the maximum extent of the law.
• If any section of the disclaimer is declared invalid by law, the rest of the agreement still is valid, unless declared otherwise by mailmindlin.
• If there is any dispute between this disclaimer and the bukkit terms of service, mailmindlin should be messaged with the 'PM' tool provided by Bukkit. Until the disclaimer has been updated or otherwise is declared to be so by mailmindlin, the entire disclaimer, or the maximum allowable section will retain validity as to not conflict with previously mentioned documents.

Modifications

• mailmindlin reserves the right to modify or revoke this agreement in any way, without any notice, effective immediately.
  • If you would like to suggest any modification, you are encouraged to communicate it to mailmindlin in the 'comments' section of the website that this disclaimer resides on.
  • If this document is not immediately updated for any reason, mailmindlin does not forfeit rights to modify this document or any other right.

• All rights to all generated content by mailmindlin are reserved, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, copyright rights, and patent rights, where applicable.
• All implied or vocal agreements concerning generated content are void.
• The disclaimer may only modified by mailmindlin. Modifications by any other source not explicitly allowed in writing by mailmindlin should be ignored, and the previous version of the contract is still valid.
• If and/or when the disclaimer is modified, the revised disclaimer is effective immediately, unless expressly declared by mailmindlin in writing. All previous disclaimers are rendered invalid.
