ClearLagg

Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.

- Permission support
- Entity limiter
- Reduces lag
- Decreasing RAM/CPU usage
- Ability to stop a TNT chain reaction
- Option to limit mob spawners
- Locate overcrowded/abused chunks
- Many easy to use commands
- Real-time module controls
- Very lightweight - only enables selected features
- Remove old logs upon enabling server
- Limit AI processing attributes
- Console support for most commands
- Can adjust times when the server is cleared of lagg
- Completely configurable

It uses bukkit API for entities. So it's not crashing because of this plugin.

Posted Jan 7, 2015As a player on a server that uses this plugin, I find it sometimes frustrating to time things out around Clearlagg to avoid losing out on some of my drops. I was wondering if you could add a command for players to be able to see the next Clearlagg run. Something like /clearlagg next or /clearlagg timeleft, something to that effect.
The server that I play on uses a global chat warning with clearlagg but I feel this would be beneficial in combination with a player command as such I described.
Thank you for the time. -srd

we've found 1.8 crazy stable :D It really has been fairly unbreakable. The only problems we have had is with some of the plugin updates. Otherwise no real issues :)

Posted Dec 31, 2014I just wanna thank you for reading this. I was wondering if you could make it so you can disable it in certain worlds, if you can, that would be awesome.

Build 1649 spigot is 1.7.10 i assume? If so, an update will be rolled out soon. 1.8.1 is also getting an update, but not on bukkit. I'll be moving my builds for 1.8.1 to spigot's website.

Working on a new update right now - but seeing as 1.8 is extremely unstable.. I can't promise stability.

Posted Dec 24, 2014I have problems with armor stand too. It seems to work with /lagg clear but the automatic clear doesn't work well. I don't know. Sometimes work, but other times it doesn't work. I think it doesn't work when I'm far away from the armor stand. I don't know well :/
