ClearLagg

Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.

- Permission support
- Entity limiter
- Reduces lag
- Decreasing RAM/CPU usage
- Ability to stop a TNT chain reaction
- Option to limit mob spawners
- Locate overcrowded/abused chunks
- Many easy to use commands
- Real-time module controls
- Very lightweight - only enables selected features
- Remove old logs upon enabling server
- Limit AI processing attributes
- Console support for most commands
- Can adjust times when the server is cleared of lagg
- Completely configurable

Posted Feb 13, 2013I believe there may be a bug with your commands or permissions... I have lagg.* assigned to my player and the rank associated with my player, and my rank also has *. I should have all permissions. However, when I try to use "/lagg" to view the in-game help, it simply says "You do not have permission to use: /lagg". My server is using the latest version on the latest RB of Bukkit.

Limiting mobs from an external plugins is just plain ridiculous, you can change your spawn ticks within the bukkit config.
That has already been added :/

Not a bug, when it clears your world of entities it will also remove boats (unless told not to). If the boat is removed, the player will remain.

/lagg area will remove everything within that radius, no matter what your configuration doesn't allow.

Not a flaw, but you can change this very easily.. Simply use the aliases to clear (/ci), oor open clearlag.jar with winRar, then plugin.yaml, then remove the aliases of lagg.

Posted Feb 10, 2013Is this plugin abandoned? No update for over a month, no 1.4.7 support. Can anyone confirm this is still working correctly with 1.4.7? 1.4.7 broke a lot of my plugins associated with entity manipulation.
