ClearLagg

Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.

- Permission support
- Entity limiter
- Reduces lag
- Decreasing RAM/CPU usage
- Ability to stop a TNT chain reaction
- Option to limit mob spawners
- Locate overcrowded/abused chunks
- Many easy to use commands
- Real-time module controls
- Very lightweight - only enables selected features
- Remove old logs upon enabling server
- Limit AI processing attributes
- Console support for most commands
- Can adjust times when the server is cleared of lagg
- Completely configurable

Posted Nov 22, 2015Hi, is it possible to add exceptions for the chunk entity limiter? I'm using a Vehicles plugin which spawns in quite a few armor stands and I'd like to exempt these from the chunk limit. (I'd still like to have a chunk limit though) Because of this entity cap per chunk, some of the vehicles are spawning in distorted.

Posted Nov 21, 2015Hi, i love our clearlag, but the Auto Remover do not work rightly.
I set it on an intervall of 1 hour, but he do not want to save the config and still work on default settings. I try to reload the default config, download again the newest version and try little much with the config. I do not know where is the Problem.

I wouldn't recommend using that command often... It's more of an emergency command. Chunks should be properly handled by your bukkit server.

I'm wondering if this is the old bukkit/spigot bug where entities 'despawn' 9supposadly fixed from what I understand), we have managed to duplicate this on a pure vanilla server with tamed animals. it seems to be totally random and sometimes hard to replicate.
We occasionally get it, clearing players farms out, pets etc. it isn't related to clear lagg in any way.
:)

Could you show me a video possibly? Or even just pictures?
Spawn 1-3 normal wolfs, tame 1, then clear.

You might have to figure out what tamed wolves are named in the spigot/bukkit API

I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about. Clearlag contains and auto-config autoupdater which manually checks each line you've changed and ports it to the newer config.
config-updater: force-update false
Will prevent clearlag from replacing your current config, and will instead attempt to update the old/new values.

Hey bob7l, I just figured out that part of the reason I didn't think it was working was because my testing area was in the Nether above. (Away from players) However, ClearLag will remove playerdeathdrops if they die in the nether. Both the auto clear and /lag clear command does this. Hope this helps!

Posted Oct 24, 2015Dear bob7l, can you more carefully preserve the settings when update ClearLagg version? This is 3 or 4 time, when I loose Minecart in railway stations, MinecartHopper in wheat farm, Painting in art gallery and several ArmorStand with diamond armor. It was incredibly hurt.

Updated Ticket with requested info. I was able to narrow it down to being a conflict issue between Clearlag and Commandbook (both versions 2.4 & 2.5)
Works perfectly with CommandBook disabled.
