ClearLagg


Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.

Errmm.. There is no official 1.8 bukkit update. Actually i'm fairly certain there will never be until mojang begins development.

Posted Sep 6, 2014Worked for me with 1.7.10 Spigot, the only issue I encountered was a massive lag spike, from 20 TPS to 10.5 in the matter of a second after running

Posted Sep 3, 2014I'm kinda get sick and tired of this plugin updating itself every time I restart my server. I have force update false, update plugin false...I have all ways of updating this plugin set to false. Every time I make changes in the config, and reload it, it force updates itself the next time my server restarts. It makes me server lag to crap...since I'm running 1.7.2. Please fix this.

Posted Aug 28, 2014This plugin is wonderful. I used on three servers now, never had problems :) BUT today I faced one little problem.<sub> I installed Archimede Ship Mod 1.7.10 </sub>
Made a HUGE ship, sailed it, then... -clearlagg Now my ship is gone (since it's an entity) Anyone have an idea to make it work together ? Thanks

If i have 3 worlds and an only want clagg to auto-remove mobs from world 2, do i have the "world-filter" correct below?
world-filter:
- world 1
- world 3
Also if that is correct should i still expect the removal message to be seen on all worlds regardless of "world-filter:"?

Posted Aug 25, 2014Absolutely love how flexible this plugin is, thanks for such a great addition to my server! Your plugin is the reason for my server not crashing constantly due to mob spawners!
I do have a suggestion, however. I rely on the "live-time" setting to maintain mob spawners on my server (along with spamming mob eggs and the like). Would it be impossible to add a "world-filter" to the "live-time" setting so that it doesn't delete my horses in my stables in a specific world? Or even a "mob-filter" setting so that I can deny horses from despawning with my "live-time" setting? This would mean the world to me as I am secretly obsessed with my stables at spawn... hehe!

Posted Aug 25, 2014I enabled chunk-entity-limiter and it gave me this. It is not working. It looks like an unlimited amount of entities can spawn on a chunk still. Any ideas?
ERROR]: [ClearLag] Plugin ClearLag v2.7.1 has failed to register events for class me.minebuilders.clearlag.listeners.ChunkEntityLimiterListener because org/bukkit/event/entity/EntitySpawnEvent does not exist.

Posted Aug 25, 2014I found a bug... I try to synchronize clear lags and mineresetlite to remove items 5 seconds before the mines reset, but clear laggs increase each time it run...

Any idea of this bug?
The first time clear lagg run, all was good, but each time it run again, it increase by few seconds, so all failed in the other time it run lagg clear... :( Very bad for my prison server...
