ClearLagg

Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.

- Permission support
- Entity limiter
- Reduces lag
- Decreasing RAM/CPU usage
- Ability to stop a TNT chain reaction
- Option to limit mob spawners
- Locate overcrowded/abused chunks
- Many easy to use commands
- Real-time module controls
- Very lightweight - only enables selected features
- Remove old logs upon enabling server
- Limit AI processing attributes
- Console support for most commands
- Can adjust times when the server is cleared of lagg
- Completely configurable

If you don't want input from the community, don't post where the community can read it...
And as far as the "not just for bukkit" comment, just because it doesn't say it's not just for bukkit, doesn't mean that it's expected to work flawlessly for every other plugin running system too. Again, I refer to my "this is a bukkit site" comment. If I recall, Spigot does have it's own website?
Many plugins don't flat out say "this is for bukkit" and I can point you to atleast one of them that often times does work for your Spigot but will receive no support when it does not. These plugins are 99.9% of the time compiled against/with Bukkit and not Spigot, making them designed for Bukkit and not Spigot compatibility. Since Spigot has it's own writing and coding there are bound to be things that do and do not work with it that would work with Bukkit and changing those things would break it for Bukkit. Which in case, since Bukkit is bigger and more popular than Spigot, continue to receive no support/changes for such.

Like sakura_blades said, the plugin is made and compiled for bukkit. Spigot is bukkit, just with some extra performance things. If my clearlagg doesn't work with spigot, but works with bukkit then it's a spigot issue they need to resolve.
Also, my server runs 9/10's of clearlags features on spigot #1181 so it does work.

I don't get nasty, ever heard of freedom of speech? since for you doesn't seems like. And read the whole thing in it context, you both rip the words completely out of the context. And this plugin isn't only made for bukkit in case you didn't know. worked fine before. And i was talking to the developer and no you so why you even bother?

Hey now, there is no reason to get nasty...
Although, "almost" is your keyword there... >.> Just saying.... I would think "superior" would mean that it could handle everything that bukkit could and then some. But "almost" clearly means that it cannot.
In any case, this is a website for BUKKIT not Spigot, so getting all bent out of shape because a plugin you found on this website doesn't work for SPIGOT, or someone else tries to tell you as such or that Bukkit may be more ideal for running your plugins on.. Is ridiculous.
If you are so 'all about spigot' perhaps you should be looking somewhere that isn't clearly FOR BUKKIT for your needs.. You will find that there are Developers out there who refuse to help users running their plugins on anything BUT Bukkit, because they are FOR BUKKIT and nothing else.

When it's so superior, I wonder why a lot of bukkit plugins don't run with spigot?!

It runs flawless using bukkit 1.7.2, you're running spigot, that seems to be the reason for your errors.

Well I wasn't sure if it did anything more than free up memory, you know like dspawn or remove things too while it was at it? I mean, I saw a whole list of things come up in console "pig" "minecart chest" etc; when I ran it
