ClearLagg


Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.

Posted Dec 29, 2013Though I have listed Horse as a mob to not clear by any commands/auto clears. They do the complete opposite and clear all horses, thus removing my players horses and getting me in trouble :P
How do I fix it, so that the horses don't get removed?

Posted Dec 23, 2013This seems to only clear entities that are in loaded chunks. Anyway for it to clear ALL entities in a world? If not does anyone have any tools that do this?

Posted Dec 23, 2013Hi @bob7l in the latest build it seems clearlagg is clearing entities on the pre broadcast and when it's actually supposed to. So when the warning goes through that entities will be cleared in 60 seconds, it actually clears them then and then again 60 seconds after.
Can this be fixed?

Posted Dec 23, 2013My server name has a space in it "Runic Paradise"... I can't figure out how to make tpchunk work with that. Any hints?
Also, I think the time-to-live setting when ClearLag manages mob spawns just killed a bunch of leash'ed sheep in a player's farm ,as well as armor'd horses in a stable... is taht intended? I have them on exception of killmobs, and the auto-removal and clear both do mobs: None... :-/ /Edit/ It just happened again... 15 sheep despawned right in front of our eyes as we stood not 5 blocks from them :-/

Posted Dec 22, 2013Is it possible you could make garbage collection runnable from the console? The garbage collection is a great tool for clearing up memory, and I'm trying to put it in a scheduler, but it doesn't appear to run through console. :)

So far your most compatible version of ClearLag was: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/clearlagg/files/30-clear-lag-dev-v2-4-1/
Works with it's version and to the latest 1.7.2 dev build on spigot/bukkit.
