ClearLagg

Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.

- Permission support
- Entity limiter
- Reduces lag
- Decreasing RAM/CPU usage
- Ability to stop a TNT chain reaction
- Option to limit mob spawners
- Locate overcrowded/abused chunks
- Many easy to use commands
- Real-time module controls
- Very lightweight - only enables selected features
- Remove old logs upon enabling server
- Limit AI processing attributes
- Console support for most commands
- Can adjust times when the server is cleared of lagg
- Completely configurable

Well chunks load to memory.. Soo when you have to load chunks it puts strain on your hard drive. Only use the chunkunload command when you have a ton of chunks you don't need loaded atm and need to save RAM.

Posted Dec 4, 2013@bob7l Please enable a feature to automatically unload chunks on a set interval. Since I'm running a tekkit server, the chunks need to be unloaded every so often.

As far as I know, ClearLag still works fine with 1.6.4, at least it did for me. You should still be able to bring your server up, just not as 1.7.2. My 1.7.2 server runs just fine without ClearLag, although having it available is extremely convenient. Just stick with 1.6.4 if its that big of a deal. If your server is " A Popular one", then you should be familiar by now with the waiting routine, and realize that sometimes waiting to update is a necessary sacrifice.

I am not working on the plugin, nor do I know the author. I am just another server owner patiently waiting for ClearLag to update who appreciates the availability and beneficial functionality of this plugin. I realize that it sucks not having a functional update available to us, so I do understand. The problem is, if I saw people basically demanding an update for a plugin I created to help them out, I would not be rushing to update it, especially if they seem unappreciative. Why should he inconvenience himself for your convenience? If people are showing that they don't appreciate the plugin creator or respect the statements they make, why appreciate them back? Why would I need to say: "He is very busy now and it may take longer to come out", when the author has already posted that above? Everyone that can read should already be aware of that information. So apparently there is a "need to be aggressive towards people :/", unfortunately. My point is, I would also like an update as soon as possible, but the author has said that he is busy and I respect that. Everyone else should also respect this and stop asking for updates. If I was the author I would not be rushing to update ClearLag for everyone if I had already taken the time to post that I am busy, and they're not even taking the time to read that post. Just be patient.... Again, I do not represent this plugin or the creator. I just thought I'd specify that again since killerjezza assumed I did.

He is Just Asking you if you can bring the plugin out :/ Some servers depend on it and cant go up without it :/ Therefor the longer his server is down for the less players that will join back so i think you should be understanding, or instead of moaning at them. Just say "we are working on the plugin" Or "He is very busy now and it may take longer to come out" No need to be aggressive towards people :/

Really LegitCrafter (and everyone else making update comments), you're all very rude. I think he's aware that 1.7.2 is out and will update at his convenience, not yours. Since you have proven to be incompetent, I'll help you out a bit. If you would have read and understood the statement above, where he says "I am currently very busy and cannot answer any questions.. I will try to keep all my plugins updated during my absence", you would have realized there is no need for your comment. Although, even if he didn't say that, your comment still wasn't necessary. Also, adding "Thanks" to the end of your comment doesn't make you sound like less of a dick for your asinine request. If you're going to use something someone else is creating, and probably for free, you should wait patiently, like the rest of us, for an update. Sorry for the rant, but thank you for this plugin!
