ClearLagg


Clearlag was designed to reduce lagg on Bukkit/Spigot servers by removing entities, and preventing it through it's many optional features. Of course this plugin can't fix all lag, but it does clear most of it. If your using a larger server with 20+ players, simply using the /lagg clear command can drastically decrease RAM/CPU usage by simply removing your configured entities.

Posted Aug 31, 2013guys, most of these errors you are posting are simply mistakes made on your part, with editing the config incorrectly, or not editing it at all.... the default settings are NOT what you want on your server. you MUST edit the config properly.
and the mob spawning from clearlag has a simple true false on it.... READ and it will be obvious

Yeah, this is apparently caused by the new "usless" monsters spawning with armor addition, I personally don't like it and would like to disable it, how do I disable it? You should submit a ticket.

odds are one of the wipe groups still has painting set to 'true' i believe it defaults to true, so be sure you check the whole config. if its still doing it, delete the config and restart then edit the new one.

hmm, check thru the FTP to make sure of the actual name of the world. to be sure that the 'zombies' name isnt an Alias. this will need the world folder name in FTP. if you used MV to make it then it will be exactly whatever name you typed into the /mv create command. can be case sensitive in some plugins not sure about this one. i have it clear in all worlds on my server, so i havnt had to edit it before.

Posted Aug 29, 2013Hi, how would i setup my configs if i have a world named zombies (Multiverse) that i do not want the auto clear to clear? I tried this_zombies, zombies, zombies_world, all did not work. :/

Posted Aug 27, 2013Well I figured out how to stop the plugin from deleting boats, minecarts paintings and leads. That was easy thanks to the simple config. But, I am having some issues stopping it from removing the fishing rods while people are fishing. It removes the bobber from the water and they have to re-cast it. Anyone know how to stop the bobber from being removed?
EDIT: I already tried adding the fishing pole id and that didn't help.

Since it defaults to removing no mobs, my server's TPS dropped to 3 while I was sleeping. It remained at 3 TPS for about 6 hours before I saw what happened when I woke up. Having to edit the config every time it updates is too annoying; I've disabled auto-updating and will not be updating again unless there's a useful feature added.

Posted Aug 27, 2013Works fine. but when i setup a custom clear. to clear all zombies it. then i type /lagg check it says internal error. but then when i remove the custom clear, its fine. But when i add the custom clear it still works but it dosent all me to /lagg check which also create an error everytime it clears the zombies.

Posted Aug 26, 2013In my config, when I do /lagg clear, it's set to ignore certain mobs, but it still removes them anyway. I tried removing them from the list, but it still didn't work. Same with the auto-removal. But I set the /lagg clearmobs to ignore them, and it does. Please help, my players are getting irritated because their mobs keep getting killed.
