The general Plugin to control chat and stuff...
Expect the future updates to be some new functions.

Pros:
Control the chat
Commandspy is contained!
Mute System
Kick/Ban System (Time Ban included)
CommandBlocks are not able to use this Plugin (Maybe there will be some commands that will be executed )
Ban/Kick/Timeban/Mute/and negated requires op and * to function
Player which trys to /ban people will get kicked and a message goes around the server.

Cons:
No Permission file where you see all permissions (will be added)
German version only (will come with further udates.)

ChatClear.Use /General Permission
ChatClear.chat /To de-/activate the chat
ChatClear.settings /To see/change the user settings
ChatClear.admin /To see/change admin settings
ChatClear.pm /De-/Activate Private messages for User
ChatClear.Help /To use the /c help command
ChatClear.clear /To clear the Chat
ChatClear.ByPassClear /That if chat gets cleared the user still sees the uncleared chat
ChatClear.clear.over //c clear [something] The chat will be cleared for EVERYONE
ChatClear.ban /Ban permission for ChatClear (requires op and *)
ChatClear.kick /Kick permission for ChatClear(requires op and *)
ChatClear.unban /Unban permission for ChatClear(requires op and *)
ChatClear.broadcast /Broadcast messages to ALL users
ChatClear.spy /Spychat persmission
ChatClear.Signs /Allowing user to place ChatClear signs
ChatClear.UseSigns /Allows user to use ChatClear signs
ChatClear.tban /Temp ban permission for ChatClear (requires op and *)
ChatClear.Bow /The required perm for the banbow
