Description

Tired of adding people to your yaml files? So was I, so I created this little plugin.

It provides a basic class system based on ranks, i.e. you have multiple classes that are divided into ranks.
You can allow players to rank themselves up/down or just keep that for yourself, the admins, or another plugin e.g. CommandSigns.

Features

Add users to classes
Rank them up/down inside a Class tree
Enter partial username - works for online users!
Allow players to rank up/down themselves (or even others)
Take fee for rankup
Customize class display colors
Customize playername and world color in messages
Customize classes and ranks by ops

Options

Display class changes in public
Rank in multiple worlds (use all as world)
Require items (reagents) for ranking (since v0.1.3.3)
Require experience for ranking (since v0.2.0)

For version 1.7.x and above

Vault for economy and permissions

Older version before 1.7

Rather large glitch as an OP, not sure about regular players though.

I picked Fighter as a class (to test). Then I tried /rankup. It took my experience, then told me I needed specific items, which is fine. BUT when I tried /rankup again, it GAVE me levels. I typed it about 6-7 times and ended up with 4800 levels.

I understand that this plugin isn't built for 1.3, but hopefully you can update it and fix this error!

Is this plugin dead... or just slow to update to 1.3?

Can anyone confirm it does work for 1.3? I've given it a try and haven't had much luck.

DynamicEconomy IS NOT an economy core plugin. It IS a Shop System. What you need to have is a core, like iconomy or essentials built in core for money. the "core" is the actual bank that stores accts and the amount of money they have.

hey, i talked to the manager for vault, he said vault supports dynamic economy, but he also said something about dynamic economy itself isn't a economy plugin, i dont uderstand what he means though...

You'd have to contact the Vault author to ask him to support it.

To disable economy, set checkPrices to false

well, i cant seem to find a vaulteconomy:false maybe this is because i an=m using a outdated version. if i dont need to update please tell, because i dont want to type that long again... XD ohh never mind, i am not using iconomy, i told you before, i use dynamic economy...

aaaand ... I told you that some time ago xD

What economy plugin do you use? if iCo5 / iCo6, set vaulteconomy: false in config.yml, this should fix it
