City Siege

Have you ever wanted to have 2 Cities fight for domination on your server? Well now you can with City Siege!

What is City Siege?

City Siege is a very basic plugin that allows you to create two cities and place a nexus that the other city has to destroy to get domination. But there are also towers that players can destroy (also have a nexus) and this will make it a bit harder to take the city (if map is set up properly). The aim of the game is to destroy the other city's nexus before yours is destroyed while defending the bridges and towers that lead To your city. The server owner/admin can keep track of the scores and give a prize to the winning team. When a player destroys a city or tower, a message will be broadcasted to the server saying: "<player name> has destroyed a tower" etc.

Features

adds city nexus (Diamond/Emerald blocks)
adds tower nexus (Gold/Iron blocks)
adds three kits to the game (warrior, sniper, and tank)

Commands

/ckit warrior - gives the player a warrior kit
/ckit sniper - gives the player a sniper kit
/ckit tank - gives the player a tank kit

How To Use

1) create a map with two cities and an even number of towers

2) place city nexuses (emerald block for green city, diamond block for blue city)

3) place tower nexuses (gold block for green city, iron block for blue city)

5) play!

I am looking out to the update of this plugin but for now I have some ideas that I would like to share with you.

Things you really should add:

The possibility to configure all messages of the plugin
Make an item that on right-click will open a window where you can choose a kit, make the name/lore of a kit configurable
Possibility to configure blocks used for nexus, tower and bridge
Possibility to customize all kits (items ect...)
Map protection so that people can only destroy the blocks from nexus, towers and bridges.
I suppose you join the arena/map using a command or clicking on a sign? If not you should really add that too!
I suppose this also has support for multiple arenas, with that I mean that you need to define a certain area as a arena where players can play on. If this isn't the case then you should really add that too!

I followed the 'how to use' instructions but when the 'nexuses' were broke, there was no message broadcast. As best I can tell this plugin adds only kits. But if you're running with essentials, it doesn't do even that. I don't like giving bad reviews, especially for this one, cause I really like the idea, but as best I can tell it does nothing. Basically I'm just playing a game in vanilla with another player as referee. I thought this was like a minigame you queued up for and when there was enough players you teleported to a map with your prebuilt city, played, won, and then teleported back. But, alas, there was no such teleporting, or playing or winning...I'm sorely dissappointed. All that said, I STILL very much like this idea and will keep my eyes on this project to see if it updates to something along those lines.
