Description
When players join your server on Christmas Day, they get their player head! Their name is stored in a config so they don't get the gift twice.
Configuration
There is no configuration :D Just drop the .jar into your plugin folder and restart your server!

To get the players birthday they would have to type a command, and then they could just put in today's date and get the head. Not sure any other ways to do that... Good idea though.
