Firework Launcher
Launcher will be built facing the same direction as the chest was placed and is created 1 block above where the chest is placed. I recommend that you bury the chest 1 block into the ground.
To use, you must create a firework charge starting with 2 gunpowder and surrounding it by glowstone dust inside of the dispenser. Save the corner inventory slots for the colors you want to use (dye).
Light the cauldron with flint and steel and it will start to smoke. After a few seconds a rocket will shoot into the sky leaving a trail of smoke and explode at a random height throwing a colored wool firework (in a minecrafty square block firework :) )
