ChatUtils is a plugin that adds many new features to the chat.
CURRENT VERSION: v1.2 If the current version isn't on BukkitDev yet, DOWNLOAD IT HERE.

- Chat Color - Adds color codes!
- Chat Log - Logs your chat!
- Caps Blocker - BLOCKS CAPS LOCK!
- Spam Blocker - Stops spambots!
- Chat Disabler - Blocks chatting entirely!
- Swear Blocker - Bleeps out the swears!

Only two things I would suggest and then quit adding more as it would go into other plugin territory.
1. Colored names 2. Enhanced PM system
If those two things get added I could get rid of my chat plugin as I only like the pm part of chat plugins and I could get rid of colorme. I don't need fancy things if all I want is simple colored names >.>
