ChatToggle
With this plugin, you can disable and enable the chat, so temporary nobody (except people with permission) can chat. They'll get a message that chat is disabled.

How to use:
/tc, that's all :)
Permissions:
- chattoggle.* - Grants both other permissions.
- chattoggle.toggle - Allows you to toggle the chat.
- chattoggle.ignore - You can still speak also when chat is disabled.

Do you mean... sth like mute plus cant see chat anymore? Or that you wont see chat messages?
