Information
ChatFormat adds so you can add a prefix or a color to players that you have specified with a command. This plugin only changes how the chat and the player list looks. You can also add custom join messages.
Commands
/reset <player> Removes the specifed player from all lists.
/member <player> Adds the specified player to the Member list.
/donator <player> Adds the specified player to the Donator list.
/vip <player> Adds the specified player to the VIP list.
/mod <player> Adds the specified player to the Mod list.
/dev <player> Adds the specified player to the Dev list.
/admin <player> Adds the specified player to the Admin list.
/owner <player> Adds the specified player to the Owner list.
Configuration
In the config you can edit:
- Name Colors in chat
- Name Prefixes in chat
- If you want prefixes or just colors.
- What color names should have.
- Iif you want to display colors in player list
- Custom Join Messages
- Custom Quit Messages
- If the join/quit message should be before or after the name
- What color names should have when join/quit
Permissions
chatformat - Permission for all commands.

Posted Jul 18, 2019Hi, is it possible to change the color in which the text of someone is? For example, making an [Owner] speak with a golden color.

Posted Jul 27, 2015I had groupmanager on when i got this because i only wanted this for the chat format, because Essentials chat wouldn't work for me. And it messed up my ccolor chat and groupmanager prefixes so i deleted this plugin thinging it would fix it. But my groupmanager prefixes still WON'T WORK HELP

Hey it's not error it's just that the plugin is replacing the Normal message with the new message!

The player name color is changed when adding them to a list. You can not set nicknames with this, though it might be added in the future.
