What it does?
This plugin allows you to see directly what a player is saying by just looking at the top of his head, where you will see a chatbubble containing the text he wrote.
Prerequisites
You do not need any extra plugin for run ChatBubbles Reloaded.
Commands
For stop plugin you can execute /chatbubbles command if you do again, the plugin will be enabled.

If you want then, you can enable Chat settings in config (for 1.2 version)
