This is only the package naming system. I use it for all my Java projects (com.gmail.zant95.*). In adition, this file has been tested by BukkitDev moderators. Anyway, if you don't trust me you can decompile it and see the source code.

If Vault supports it probably LiveChat does the same, because I use Vault to obtain this values. Test it and tell me if it works.

- When in local chat if there is no one withing the local chat range 'No one can hear you, try /global' or something of that idea.
- Support Multiverse world tag supports.
- Per world chat support.
- The option to add custom channels other than local and global.
