About the Plugin

This plugin is a simple plugin that will log all messages sent by players on your minecraft server, This plugin is still in development and any bug reports are greatly appreciated.

Requirements

Installation

  1. Download the ChatSave.jar.
  2. Place the .jar in your server's "plugins" folder.
  3. Either restart your server or do /reload

Usage

The chat log is saved in the root directory of the server and is called "chatLog.txt". When viewing the file, do not save and exit as this will cause loss of data when the server is running, eg. server is running, you open the file, someone talks on the server, the server saves to the file you have opened, you save the file and that message is now gone.

Currently no permissions as only people with access to the server files can view the history.
