Easy Channels
Easy Channels is a nice simple chat plugin, it was an original idea of mine and it is to help me to learn how to make bukkit plugins! It features chat and more!
The plugin is still in development, but is mostly done, I just have to clean up the code and implement the local chat!
"/dc <message>" Donor Chat, messages the message to all players with the permissions.
"/s <message>" Staff chat, messages the message to all players with the permissions.
Donor Chat Permissions
easychat.dc.use - Send a DC message
easychat.dc.receive - Hear DC messages
Staff Permissions
easychat.s.use - Send a Staff Chat messages
easychat.s.receive - Hear Staff Chat messages
Installation is just drag and drop, though I plant to implement a config soon!

Posted May 12, 2013/s seems to have some issues.. As an operator it works fine, but my admins (not operators) don't see the messages they type in /s, even though i myself can see them. (before you ask, yes i have given him the correct permissions. - I use GroupManager if it matters)
However /dc is currently taken by disguisecraft. Any alias for this or a way to change it?
/donorc, /dchat or similiar would be good.
