About Chairs Reloaded

This is a reload of the original Chairs mod by Spoothie. That plugin was no longer being updated so I have continued it here.

This plugin allows players to sit in chairs (stairs).

Installation

Drop the Chairs jar file in your plugins directory.
Setup permissions accordingly.

Corner stairs:

Sign:

Commands & Permissions

chairs.reload

/chairs reload - Reload the Chairs configuration file.

chairs.sit

Sit down on chairs.

chairs.sit.health

If the health sitting effects are enabled then players with this permission node are healed while siting.

Could you add a option- to allow item pickup while sitting in a chair?

As cnaude said, they can just do /chairs [on/off], but you can also change it in the settings where it will only be a chair if there are signs on it. The reason why shift cannot work anymore is because in 1.6, Mojang changed Minecraft where you dismount pigs, horses, boats, and minecarts by pressing shift instead of clicking again. This broke a few plugins for awhile. I do miss those days :/

Or you could let players use the "/chairs [off|on]" command. That allows players to individually disable or enable the plugin for themselves.

Would be nice to have the "sneak" requirement to sit, because players that want to put out stairs to make roofs they get sit... I need to disable plugin to let them finishing roof.

Or if the player places signs on the chair it becomes a chair (left and right side)

It's impossible to write this plugin without protocollib until some bukkit bug is fixed. (Actually you can do this on spigot, but this is not a good idea.)

@Shevchikden : Hai, thanks for the plugin but i've got a question. I've tried to translate the notifications because i'm french but when i save and put in my FTP server, it reset the config file. I would like to know if we can translate the plugin. Sorry for my english.

READ THE CHANGES BETWEEN 1.5.2 AND 1.6.2, ESPESIALLY PROTOCOL CHANGES.

AND MAYBE YOU WILL GAIN THE KNOWLEDGE WHY PACKET METHOD NO LONGER WORKS.

i'm tired of this questions already.

yes you can, 1.5.2 version of this plugin doesnt use any arrow at all, but when i update to 1.6.2 of this plugin, it only starting to use arrow.

That ticket wasn't ignored, i'm trying to reproduse the problem but still no luck.

And the other ticket was about something that we can't fix.
