Overview of Joining the ChainWorld

When a player attempt to connect to the ChainWorld one of three things can happen.

1. There is no current lease, a lease is created for the player and they start playing.
2. There is a lease and the current player owns it. They login normally.
3. There is a lease and the player doesn't own it. They then receive the following dialogues on the kick screen to enter the queue.

Note that players can't register emails until they successfully login to the server.
