Censorship IP
I'm so sorry to everyone who wants to use this plugin but I abandoned it's development. Plugin sources are available here. (Project is now Public Domain !)

Description
This plugin give you way to censorship IPs and web pages in your chat, on your signs and in your commands (/tell Come on [IP] ...). Plugin blocks IPs <small>(XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX / XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX)</small>, IPv6 IPs and domain-IPs (with web pages) <small>(XXXXXXXXX.XX / XXXXXXXXXX.XX:XXXXXX)</small>. Plugin replace IP with text which you can set in config file like lot of more settings like whitelist, ...
I hope you will choose my plugin :)
Ingame commands
- /cIP reload - Reload plugin config
- /cIP version - Shows plugin version
- /cIP config - Shows plugin loaded config
Permissions
- cIP.main - Main acces to plugin (reload, version, etc)
- cIP.bypass.IP - Bypass of IP censorship
- cIP.bypass.DomIP - Bypass of Domain IP censorship

Example: [13:21:16 Sat 13.04. 2013] {Command-Type} "/tell ega10 xx.x.xxx.xxx:xxxxx" Who wrote the command?!

Ok I got it. It makes your configuration. Change "numericIPv6: false" to "numericIPv6: true". I do not why yet. But I promise It's will be ok in next dev build on CI ;)

Sorry. I don't know what's wrong. I don't know how to repeat this error with your config and same version of Spigot & cIP. Do you know when the cIP do that error ?

Did u try update spigot to #788 ? Because Spigot #776 is "Automatically update upstream versions." and these version have sometimes problems ...

Keep getting http://pastebin.com/WJqRw0pu on every command. Also could you add suport for multiple commands at once? Like
runCommand: 'ban-ip #PNM; ban #PNM Spamming is really bad.' And optional check to detect spam? If player used same IP/web page twice in hist last 5 messages after join?
