Actually there is:

/casino additem <name> <type> <item> <amount> - Add a new item slot machine that only accepts items as payment

Then create a type that gives items for winning.

Yeah they are a work in progress and that's all they are, the plugin doesn't tell bukkit that it uses them yet. They will work in the next update, not the 2.4.9.

In the latest version I've added a command to add A sign to display the latest player who won.

That has only happened when the chunk was unloaded by the server, there might be a couple problems with how I'm doing it at the current moment so I'll change it all later to verify that the plugin actually keeps all the chunks it uses loaded.

If there are only two numbers presented (like 42,21) then the block with the id 42 does indeed show up 21 times but if it has three numbers presented (like 35,3,2) then the block id 35 shows up 2 times BUT the block (35) has a data value of 3 added to it. Thus, 35,3,2 would have light blue wool show up. Make sense now?
