Bukkit

Current Commands Available:
/cm (CartManager)
- Will display "[CM-V INFO] CartManager is activated."
- This will display the default bukkit message if the user is not op (On the list of things to change)
/cm give
- Gives the user a minecart to use.

Under Development:
/cm give <player>
Gives the specified player a minecart.
/cm freeze <player>
- Freezes the cart the player is using and does not allow them to exit.
/cm unfreeze <player> <move true:false>
- Unfreezes the player allowing them to exit.
- If move is true the minecart will continue along the path.
