Effects:
  - Potion=Regeneration Level=1 Minutes=2 Seconds=30

Enabled

Must be configured with "true" for true or "false" for false, This will determine if the plugin is enabled or not.

"Potion" = Name of Potion
"Level" = Level of Potion
"Minutes" = Minutes of Duration of the Potion
"Seconds" = Seconds of Duration (Added to Minutes) of the Potion
