A very configurable and flexible chat plugin for bungeecord.
Originally forked from FreeBungeeChat by CodeCrafter47, it has since grown into a much bigger and more versatile plugin.

Commands
/bcp reload - Reloads configs
/mute \<player\> \<reason\> - Mutes a player
/unmute \<player\> - Unmutes a player
/mutelist - List the currently muted players
/togglechat - Switch between local and global chat
/global \<message\> - Send global chat message
/local \<message\> - Send local chat message
/pm \<player\> \<message\> - Send a private message
/r \<message\> - Reply to a private message
/ignore \<player\> - Locally ignore a player

Permissions
bungeechatplus.admin - The ability to reload plugin configs
bungeechatplus.mute - The ability to mute and unmute players
bungeechatplus.forceglobalchat - Players with this permission force their chat messages to all players, regardless of that player being on local or global chat, useful for staff work
bungeechatplus.ignorecapsprevention - Ignore caps filtering
bungeechatplus.chat.color - The ability to usee color codes in chat
bungeechatplus.chat.bbcode - The ability to use BBcode in chat

Posted Jul 8, 2015Having an issue on my hub server. When im on my hub (vanilla) server the permission based prefix's etc do not work. But when i am on my modded servers it does work.
The plugin is on the proxy (bungeecord) and the server. My HUB is using MineTick which is pretty much a super optimized version of Bukkit. https://github.com/Poweruser/MinetickMod/tree/v1.7.10
Any help on this would be great, your plugin is the only plugin i got to actually work with permissions even if its only working on the modded servers its still a huge difference :)

EDIT #2: This error is caused by the anticaps feature. It does not disable when its set to false because it is still enforcing caps after the min of 3 chars even when its disabled. Setting the minimum char to 100 fixed this problem.
If you figure out whats wrong and make a new version let me know via PM on bukkit. Thank you!
