PistonCraft

PistonCraft customises the behaviour of pistons so they are better than ever.

Features

  • When pistons move, attached blocks (torches, redstone, etc) will move with them instead of popping off. Imagine the power...
  • Currently that's all. But I have lots planned for the future!

Example usage

Installation

Installation is the same as most plugins:

  • Download the latest version
  • Stick the jar into the plugins folder
  • (Re)start your server

Configuration

PistonCraft can be configured by adding a config file. The file must have this path: "plugins/PistonCraft/config.yml".

Following, is a list of all the options that can be added:

move-liquid
true/false to move/not move liquid on top of blocks pushed by pistons. False by default

Commands

pcreload
reloads the plugins config file

Permissions

pistoncraft.reload
allows users to use the pcreload command

Planned Features

  • Move chests, furnaces, etc
  • Custom block move limit
  • Cool mechanics - crush blocks, throw sand, ...
  • Smooth movement

Source code

PistonCraft is fully open source. The github repo can be found here:

https://github.com/mdsimmo/PistonCraft

PistonCraft is public domain - so feel free to rip, steal, resell, whatever. I'll appreciate it if I got some credit, but don't feel that it's mandatory.

Found a bug? Got a feature request?

PistonCraft is in very early development, so I'm sure there's lots of bugs and missing features. Please report all bugs and all features on the tickets page. You'll also find a list of all known bugs there too.
