What is this plugin? I didn't understand one word from the front page!

Basicly, this plugin allows you to make building contests on your server.

Which type of building is it for? Creative or Survival?

Both. You can use it however you want.

How do I do land management like plots, or claimed land, all of things?

This plugin doesn't do any of the land management. That's to make it more flexible, by allowing you to use whatever kind of system you'd like! PlotMe, WorldGuard, Factions and Towny are some of the best ones. You use them to make plots, or allow people to claim land, or whatever, and then you use this plugin to do the contest itself, such as submitting builds, reviewing and voting on them, and much more!

How do I set this up?

Well, first you have to download the plugin, and place it in your server's plugins folder. Then restart the server, and BOOM! There you go.

What do I do after I install it? How do I use this thing?

The commands are divided into three categories: the ones for normal users (/contest), the ones for the judges/reviewers (/review), and the ones used by the manager of the contest (/contestadmin). You can write those commands to see their help pages, and some useful information. By default, the contest will be in status 0, meaning that no contest is available at the moment. When you want to start a contest, do this command: "/contestadmin status 1". You should also set the topic of the current contest with: "/contestadmin topic <the topic>". Now, people will be able to do "/contest submit" to submit their build. Then, by changing the status to 2, the builds can start being reviewed. You can also set a timer so that the contest automatically changes from status 1 to 2 (/contestadmin settime <Time, in minutes>). You can do: "/review random" to teleport to a random build, and then "/review vote <ID> <1 to 10>" to give your opinion on a submission. Finally, when you think the review process is finished, do: "/contestadmin calculatefirst" to see who got the highest average of points, and "/contestadmin status 0" to end and reset the contest.
