Introduction
BowSpleef is like the regular spleef that we all know, except that instead of digging blocks, you need to shoot TNT blocks with your flame bow, making them fall. You need to to try and make the other players fall into the void, and not fall at the same time! The goal of this plugin is to eliminate the work of having BowSpleef on your server, and also make it easy to use for both your players and administrators. This plugin's development has slowed recently, however a new version is officially underway that will bring additions you had previously requested and also fix a few issues that have been appearing.

Utilities
This plugin automatically updates whenever a new version is released to ensure that you have the most recent version of the plugin. If you wish to disable automatic updates and keep the version you are using, you able to do this by going into the config.yml file and turning the update value to false (update.status after v1.0.5+). This plugin also uses Metrics to keep track of users, and you also able to opt-out of this feature within the config.yml as well.
Bugs
If you happen to find any bugs in BowSpleef (versions 1.0.0+), please notify me by creating a ticket. I will attempt to fix any issues as soon as possible and release a new version to ensure that your users are not affected.

Posted Jan 10, 2014The next update is just a few hours away from being submitted to Bukkit! This update was very delayed due to complications due to adding Spleef and more amazing features! It may take a few days for Bukkit to be able to accept it and have it be able to download on this page. I am currently looking for a way to be able to give you development builds of the plugin, and if you know of one, telling me would be great!

Well...I'm not the guy who codes this, but you might as well just install vault. Chances are another few of your plugins support vault, or even require it, so installing it might make your server run smoother overall.

So if I don't install Vault on my server, I have a lot of error message at the start of my server and BowSpleef don't run . How lauch BS without VAULT ?

I tried to put the sign in, and it didn't light up at all, this is what I put in,

Then GoldenTower is the name of the arena....

the color codes work fine.. the join sign doesnt work. i can theme the sign to look however i want, it still doesnt join the game when its clicked

Thats probably an essentials part error then check in your essentials config to see if colored signs are enabled then try again with the color codes.

I also have the error but OlsonnElliott was telling me it was something about spectating im not sure but i think it should be fixed since spectating is coming soon so i would just wait. As long as the join signs work your fine.

the error i just posted is directly related to signs though.. im wondering why i have this error.. also when i do /version bowspleef i get 0.1.. but yet the version i download is 0.6...
im running spigot1.7.2 builds.. anyone that can help would be awesome

Posted Dec 21, 2013@z1haze I am not sure why the signs are not working, in all of our tests and for the few servers that have told me their ips that will be using the plugin, they work. I am looking through the code to make sure there is no error that may cause the problem.

@shotzgun5546 I would like to make sure that the arena name for the sign is the exact thing you typed in when you created it. At the moment capital letters may not allow the sign to work. If the sign is correctly setup it should private message you "Sign Creation Successful".
Please respond if the sign is setup correctly and there is still an error. A few servers have been reporting problems with the signs if you do not have a plugin that allows colors on signs.
