Bouncy Sponge was a plugin I am making because I failed to find a "trampoline" plugin that would work for my server.
Bugs

What It Does
What this plugin does is make sponges launch you up into the air and you won't take fall damage if you land on another sponge or lapis lazuli block. Also holding shift (Sneaking) will prevent the player from being launched
Permissions
The permission node for this plugin is "bouncysponge.jump"

Place slabs or cake or any 1/2 block above the sponge or lapis and it will still work

Unfortunately it looks like the author won't be updating that plugin. Glad to see you still working on this because even with the slime blocks incoming, I'd still prefer to use the sponge to bounce simply because it's extremely hard to miss. :)

Posted Dec 25, 2013Yes, I'm still working on this. I just got a new computer and forgot to upload the W/E listener I had to GitHub. The old one had HDD failure and I couldn't get any data out of it. Anyway, if you need it "Per World" try PerWorldPlugins.
P.S. I also need to reinstall my IDE, JDK, make class paths, e.t.c. It would be about a week until I get to that since I'm still experimenting with this rig and just updated it to Windows 8.1 since the update was in the store. (My old computer wasn't Windows 8 and I didn't like 8 that much so I never bothered to buy a retail copy) First, I'll release a copy compiled with 1.7.2 next week. After, I'll try to work on the w/e part.

Basically, I was busy with school work for a while and as a result I only focused on a few things: Homework, Sleep, and Relaxation. However, as a result I didn't work on BouncySponge for a while. The WorldEdit Listener is now done, and now I just need to add a command which changes the amount of blocks you jump when you walk on the sponge. If there's any questions, please state it on a comment or on a PM that is sent to me and adencraft_minecraft. I expect to be able to work on it this weekend and be a few weeks after Christmas. (I'm going to get a better comp with a larger amount of RAM to test the plugin since the test server is currently down) I also confirmed the latest version of BouncySponge is working with the latest version of CraftBukkit which is great news!

I have uploaded BouncySponge V1.6 NO GOD MODE. This simply removes the code that gives players god mode. The way it will work is whenever a new version is released I will make a version without the code for "God mode" and prefix it with "NO GOD MODE"
Please do not report that players are dying if you are using this one! It will still stop fall damage on lapis block (Or you could probably use a world-guard flag)

kamehameha1, Thanks for your help with this plugin. unfortunatly I forgot to pay for the test server so it will be taken down BUT I will test using Betterlan... wait, That uses spigot. I will make an offline server to test the 1.6 version on.
