Posted Jan 7, 2020Hello, I like this plugin and it works on 1.15.1 R25 and R32.
My suggestions:
Make the book page stop at where the text was last written. I made a book where I added 6 pages but the book when "finnish" had my 6 pages plus 44 pages with "nul" on first line.
Make it to where you typed "/be create <site> <line#> <text>" then I could add <tags> for color, links and so forth. Having to type the whole page fills up the command bar so I cant use <tags>.
Although it is nice to type in commands to create a book, I had to recreate the book six times before I got what I was trying to achieve, add a preview command "/be preview" to view the book before it is "finish". (very much needed)
Have the plugin save each book inside your plugins folder as an YML file. It can auto save when you type "/finish" or you can make it to where they have to type "/be create save" and it saves the book using the <title> . Either way would work but I think you should also include "/be create load <title>" so when someone fines a miss type or makes changes to their server commands, the book would not have to be totally recreated. The <title>.yml file can be loaded, edited and the finished with just three commands: "/be create load <title>" :"/be create <site> <line#> <text>" : "/be finish"..
You can post a message that displays "<title> was loaded" and "<title> was Saved".
One of the six recreation was due to me placing the book in a Shop Chest and I decided to move the chest and forgot to remove the chest from the shop plugin before breaking it. It was my fault I lost the book but it would have been nice to have a saved file. lol
Thanks

Hello,
thanks for your comment.
I take your suggestions to heart. However,
it will take a while because the project is unfortunately no longer on my computer.
So I have to do everything new.
But I hurry up. :'D
greeting,
ben
