This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.
This mod/plugin Let you have the blood splattered battles you always wanted!
Since this plugin is slowly beeing outdated, I'd like to continue the project. I think your Plugin is not bad at all, but if you hit a mob fast you get a sound overflow. I would include an option into a config file where you can choose how often the particle effect should appear per hit (i think at the moment it repeats 3-4 times, which is too much for me).
If you'd like to hand the project over, just send me a private message including source files :) I'll give a huge credit to you, as you did the most part.
The plugin works just fine for me, but there are way too many particles per hit and there's a block breaking sound after each hit as well. Maybe have a configuration that allows you to alter the amount of particles and if possible, make it so that there is no block breaking sound.
Another thing that this plugin needs is a configuration that lets you choose what block particles come out of each individual mob. Bleeding skeletons, slimes and blazes is just weird.

Haha this is great, but way too much particles per hit and the noise needs to go. Also, it keeps giving off particles for roughly a second after being hit.
