Commands:
- /hat [item id]
- /hat [hold an item in your hand]
- /hat [player name] [item id]

Users for some reason can put on a block - but their current hat isnt returned... it instead just vanishes/gets destroyed.
I am unable to reproduce this issue as op - is something wrong?

Would like to see the ability to define permissions based on what item they can put on their head. Example: blockhat.hat.wool (all colored wool) blockhat.hat.wool.red (only red wool)
