That is correct. Just make sure you set blockhat.hat.items to false on survival.

This error indicates you did not load the Vault plugin. The current version should work fine with 1.3.2.

I cant figure out how to get different color wool to display as the hat unless youre holding the wool.
example
/hat 35:11 doesnt plop a blue wool on your head
