This plugin allows you to specify certain blocks, of which a certain total limit will be imposed on. For instance, you can specify 1 and 52 (stone and spawners) with a limit of 5. Each chunk will then be restricted to a total of 5 stone and spawners (not 5 of each). Default settings in configuration are 52 (spawners) and a limit of 5. The plugin will not work as intended if WorldEdit is used on limited blocks.
This plugin should work on all versions, but has only been tested on 1.9

Would it be possible in the future to add blocked blocks per ID per chunk? So we can specify a limitation for each ID?

Sure! It lets you choose how many blocks of a type can be placed in each chunk. For example, it lets you make sure that in each chunk, players can only place 5 spawners.
