BlockDeleter is a simple but powerful tool to "fix" those ticking world exceptions.

What is Ticking world exception ?

Ticking world exception happens while the chunk with corrupted blocks is loaded into memory. While loading the server could not generate the chunk because there are corrupted data about some block or blocks in this chunk. This exception usually crashes the server. The corrupted block can be for example TNT about to blow and for some reason the TNT does not blow and thats how corrupted blocks appear. Also on modded servers like Tekkit etc. there is higher possibility to get this exception, because some mods are not fully compatible.

Usage:

Usage is very simple:


Yes, it works across 1.4.5 - 1.7.9 Minecraft versions.

1) Look into your server console or server log and crash-report, and look for the location of the block that caused the crash.
2) Start your server
3) Type into console: /delblock world x y z - fill the location from the crash-report
4) If you get message about deleting the block you were successful and your server is OK.
5) Join the server and teleport to the corrupted location.

Command(s):

This command can be used from console or directly from the game.
/delblock <world> <x> <y> <z>:
description: Deletes the block on specified location.
aliases: [delblock, deleteblock, delb, rb]
