Quote from from developer:There was some problems aesthetically with blockboost. Here is a short list: Command was wrong changed to /blockboost, and no messages if a command was done wrong or right. These have a been fixed and are in the new version. Will be a new help command in next update.

Quote from from developer:BlockBoost 0.1v will be released when bukkit updates. It doesn't make any sense to upload it now, because there are a lot of plugin changing right now. With all the plugins updating it takes longer for the plugin to get appoved.
