A very basic block changer.
This plugin is made by CityGaming and iBeMightyH.
Description
Block Changer lets you use /blockchanger then whatever block you hit in Minecraft apart from air changes to diamond.
How to install
Just put the .jar file in Plugins folder and run the server...
OPs can use all commands only. No permission/database needed.

/bc
