BirthdayBroadcast
Description
This is a very easy plugin to broadcast people's birthday's. If the player has set his/her birthday (commands down below), then on the Birthday of that player, the server will broadcast a message with Please wish player a Happy Birthday! and that player will get a Cake.
When a player didn't set his birthday yet, then the plugin sends the player a message to tell him to do that. (You can bypass that message with the permission birthday.bypassmsg
Config
The plugin will generate a file that saves the birthday info.
Config example:
matthijs110: day: 10 month: 11
Commands and Permissions

So you mean Owners can set the birthday of other players? I wouldn't do that. They can't know the birthday of other players. Or at least, they can't know it for sure ;)

Posted Jan 3, 2014It' Great Your Plugin. But you could better it adding a Command with the Permission to the owners, that they can set the Day and the Month of the Birthday's Players.
Just an Opinion.
