BetterFishing
Fish for mobs!
BetterFishing is a bukkit plugin that makes fishing more enjoyable. Not only can players fish for fish, but they can also fish for cows, sheep, spiders, anything! (Including players!) Catching a mob on a line will pull the mob towards the player. It does not teleport the mob, but it pushes it nearer to the player.

Posted Jun 17, 2013Yup, this plugin is the whole package! Its awesome on prison servers to prevent safezoners, and is very usefull because i am a guard on the official BetterFishing server!
