If they update the plugin, you need to remove the old Config.yml from the plugins folder. You should save your changes.
MainInformations
This plugin is an easement for each server owner. With this plugin you have two new options, user on the latest info to Inform. The new commands are "/ sm" for a server message, and "/ bm" and send a message about the new broadcaster.
Updating ?
Whenever a new version of Bukkit has been developed, it can take 5 to 7 days until the plugin was then updated to the latest version.

Posted May 9, 2015AWESOME PLUGIN! Thanks so much, I usually use AdminBC but its really buggy for what I need to use it for. Thanks for the plugin, don't abandon it because of the haters because I will always be here :)
