Me too , I use spigot 1.8.3 - R0.1 , and found the same issue ! It say "Could not pass event InventoryClickEvent to BetterShops v1.6.1" when I click to confirm !

is there a permission node to allow users the rearrangement?
It looks like that only the node bettershops.shop.* work.
But with the node bettershops.shop.* the users have to mutch powers.

I was quite curious about this. From my brief search of the bukkit/spigot API, there's no way to control this from the server side. You could just turn off the "friendly mobs" bit of your sound. Also cures chickens, cows, and other annoying yapping critters!
