Features
Use bonemeal on dirt to change it to grass.
Use bonemeal on cobble to change it to mossy cobble.
When mining any ore there is a very small chance that a "ore tree" seed will drop. You can grow all these in hoed dirt except quartz, quartz tree seeds need soul sand to grow.
If you bonemeal the top block of a cactus or sugar cane, it will grow taller.
If you bonemeal sand, you will get a dead bush. And you can make it a dead tree.
If you bonemeal a fully grown melon or pumpkin stalk, it will grow a fruit.
If you bonemeal mossy cobble you will get vines.
Grow some flowers, ferns, and grass to their tall state.
Use bonemeal on water to plant a lilly pad.
Do all these features with dispensers!
Old bonemeal can be enabled so 1 bonemeal is only needed to grow any plant.
You can bonemeal chorus flowers to grow them into full chorus plants.

Permissions
This perm allows the use of all commands: better.crops.commands
This perm allows the growth of specific ore trees: better.crops.tree.coal <- or any ore type.
This perm allows the growth of ore trees in creative: better.crops.creative.trees

Configuration/Installation
Drop the plugin into your plugins folder and restart the server.
Then you can enable and disable features as you see fit.
All features start enabled.

Posted Oct 2, 2013Was just seeing how many plugins do similar stuff to what my first upload does and saw yours. I notice one of your 'todo's is for the dispenser. If you dont know the hook for the dispenser you can just grab the source of my plugin since i already do this.
