Overview
Although there are a handful of plugins like this, only one is updated, and that one simply allows you to be "super" rather than what this one allows you to do; Be Superman!
Features
- Armor and head to match superman
- Flight
- Ability to breath underwater
- Ability to take less damage
- One hit kill punch to anyone but another superman
- NEW IN 1.1! Speed
- NEW IN 2.2! Weakness! When superman picks up kryptonite (emerald) he takes 20 damage, A.K.A. one fifth of his max health
Commands
- /superman - Display credits for the plugin.
- /superman help - See all commands for the plugin.
- /superman on - Turn yourself into SUPERMAN!
- /superman off - Turn yourself back into a normal human.
Permissions
- superman.use - Ability to use all commands.

This might be done, however, I am trying to think of the right particles to use... Maybe some sort of explosion that doesn't remove any blocks.

Posted May 12, 2013Pretty please add shockwave effect when you land. And if possible at all, make it so when you take off, it creates a gust or shockwave effect also. It would be like the movie.

This is an idea, but I base this off the actual cartoon hero superman, not just a "super" man. In the cartoon he is not able to do this.

The shockwave thing is a cool idea, but I want to get the core done first. As for X-Ray I don't think I'm skilled enough in developing to do that, but I thought of night vision. Finally, the powerful punch, I was talking to one of my friends on skype about ideas, and he suggested that, I just forgot to add it to the OP.

Posted May 5, 2013Suggestions-wise, I would add something to the effect of MCmmo's unarmed/no weapon system where you have some sort of powerful punch per say. If you really wanted to spice it up add an optional config permission where they have a X-Ray mode on the superman toggled player.
Check out this plugin also for ideas on more power add-ons.

You can add an option where when they land it creates like a shockwave on the ground below. These ideas may seem over the top but it would make your plugin more authentic.
