What is BattleNight?
BattleNight is an organized PvP CraftBukkit plugin which makes the normal PvP experience a lot more enjoyable by adding configurable RPG like classes and a arena system. Some of the major features are:

I aim to make BattleNight easy to use, easy to set-up and bug free while maintaining a constant addition of features. I spend time reading your comments, suggestions and bug reports to insure that it is best suited the majority of the community and is running seamlessly on your servers.

I had to remove specific spawn points so arena would work correctly with different battle types. I would have liked to keep it as well but I just wouldn't work.

Yeah, I know. but it only says "/bn arenas addspawn". I've been using BN for a verly long time now and I remember the commands "/bn redspawn" and "/bn bluespawn". I think it is confusing to add just nameless spawnpoints. When I read the quick start guide, I thought it was only about the open death match mode and not about team deatchmatch.
Our arena hast got a blue and a red tower. So I used to have a bluespawn and a redspawn. That was easier to understand.
I don't know. Your plugin, I still love it. Just my opinion. ;)

There is only one lounge as there is no need for two and it is helpful to see who else is playing. To set up spawn points you first create an arena (/bn arenas create <arena name>) then stand where you want a spawn point and type "/bn arenas setspawn <arena name>".

Version 1.6.0 is stable, teams are named red and blue. There is no real need for two lounges.
I am getting none of the issues listed on my server, this must be another plugin interfering. Unknown is a valid TeleportCause defined here, this is not sloppy work.

Posted Mar 11, 2013I'm somewhat confused. In the setup, you set up a certain number of random spawns, and one lobby. This looks like tdm. When I used the plugin a while ago. (back in 1.2.4) It was like this: /bn set bluelounge/redlounge. But now I'm just getting one lounge. I might be missing something, or just seem plain stupid. But I don't quite understand how to set up the TDM arenas. Could you help? ~Thanks a bunch, as well. My all-time favorite plugin!

Posted Mar 11, 2013Since the removal of team spawn points and addition of team a and b this plugin has gone extremely down hill for me, enough so that i am boycotting this plugin till its at a stable release and actually working properly. This plugin has given me nothing but headaches because:
1. Players are left in the lobby even after the match has started 2. Players are killing each other in the lobby because the tp restrictions DONT WORK 3. The plugin has thus become harder to work with and its a pain in the rear 4. What in the hell is "Unknown" in the config (obviously sloppy work)

Did those player join using the /bn join command? Did you accidentally set a spawn point for that arena in the lounge?

Oh... you mean in game. You create an arena then set multiple spawn points. A spawn point is chosen for each team to spawn at initially. Read the quick start guide if your unsure how to set them.
