BattleNight
What is BattleNight?
BattleNight is an organized PvP CraftBukkit plugin which makes the normal PvP experience a lot more enjoyable by adding configurable RPG like classes and a arena system. Some of the major features are:

Posted Feb 20, 2013Random spawns for TDM doesn't make sense to me. I thought the setup was amazingly perfect in 1.4.10 it didn't need any change. Just my opinion. Teams should spawn together in a single spawn point. I loved this plugin but these changes in 1.5 don't enhance the TDM experience. I would like to see the same capability in 1.4 done in 1.5 with team lobbies and team spawnpoints. It feels like it lost something not gained.

Yeah, but I think arena voting will come first.
Spawns are random for each player at the moment. I will make it random for each team for TDM soon.

Posted Feb 19, 2013Darn, planned to have multi-type implemented in the future? In TDM it was just nice to have 2 lounges so people could easily see who is on who's team and if the teams were uneven. Now it's one big clustered group when it's a really big game of like 16-20 players in one match..
So if you set only 2 spawn points they are automatically set as 1 Team A and 1 Team B spawn points?

At the moment they cannot both be enabled at the same time either one or the other. And why do you say the main purpose of this plugin is now FFA? There was never any need for multiple lounges, players can't hurt each other.

Posted Feb 19, 2013in 1.5.1 Is it possible to have a TDM and FFA arena co-exist? Or can you only have 1 or the other? It looks like TDM is set in the config.yml so we can only choose 1 at a time? I was hoping to have a TDM and FFA arena at the same time then you can join them with like /bn join tdm or /bn join ffa
Also is there only 1 lounge now even in TDM? The wiki makes it seem like the main purpose of this plugin is now FFA.

Posted Feb 12, 2013One problem that I'm not sure if you are aware about. If a player is in BN and gets disconnected they rejoin the server in the BN arena but with their normal gear so they are stuck in the arena. They can also be pvp'ed in an existing match taking place. If a player gets disconnected during a BN match shouldn't they respawn back at the location they typed /bn join?
