BattleNight
What is BattleNight?
BattleNight is an organized PvP CraftBukkit plugin which makes the normal PvP experience a lot more enjoyable by adding configurable RPG like classes and a arena system. Some of the major features are:
- Easy to set up

- Build your own Arenas!
- Create your own classes!
- Multiple Battle types (TDM, FFA)
- Permissions (SuperPerms) or Op

- Update checking (Can be disabled in config.yml)

How does it differ from similar plugins?
I aim to make BattleNight easy to use, easy to set-up and bug free while maintaining a constant addition of features. I spend time reading your comments, suggestions and bug reports to insure that it is best suited the majority of the community and is running seamlessly on your servers.

Posted Jan 24, 2013We need commands for: + Choosing teams (Example: /bn join <team> + Signs for joining/leaving arena, Example (Good to place in Spectator Lounge): Line 1: <Join/Leave> Line 2: <Team> Line 3: Line 4: + Set arena region; also would be good that if they move out of region they leave the game. + Option to config that players can join at any time no matter team size or amount.

I will add an option to disable flying for spectators but for now you will need to block of the area or add some leaving protection.

You could find a plugin/combination of plugins to run the "/bn join" command for each player.

Ok, I had a look at each plugin. The one that is preventing class signs from being created is CensorShip. It adds an extra space on to the end of each line when it is filtered. I have told the author about this issue but until it is fixed you will need to disable sign filtering in the config.yml file of CensorShip.

Posted Jan 7, 2013Yes I am. It seems that when I put anything in a sign, after entering it shifts slightly to the left. Not sure what that has to do with anything. I've tried looking up solutions but all videos on BattleNight cut straight to the battling and don't show the config and if you had to do something. So I assume you don't.
